We would like to introduce a case study of how the network camera monitoring unit "Elua" was utilized in a café. The café was unable to check the stock of cakes in the refrigerated display case and received feedback from customers about delays in response. They considered a monitoring system using a network camera and PC, but the installation location and extensive construction were obstacles. Our monitoring unit "Elua" provided a simple system that was optimal for operation, as it could be controlled with a remote. After implementation, the chef in the kitchen has been able to monitor the decrease in cakes while preparing and restocking them. The introduction was achieved at a lower cost than expected, which was well received.
